'Locations' is built for Operational Managers, Head Office Leadership & operators who require a Multi-Brand reporting tool.

In 'Locations' reports are grouped by your chosen hierarchy.

Please contact our support team to set up your chosen hierarchy (Venue Groups).

You'll be required to provide the groups (and the locations within that group) & the group types.

Example Groups

Ayra Stark - Area 1
Jon Snow - North West Region
Band A

Shopping Malls

Example Group Types
Areas
Regions
Price Bands
Destinations

We have loaded a default locations report to get you started, by the name of 'Main Report'.

This displays a variety of reporting metrics by venue (location), venue group type (ie. Area/Region) and brand.

Using the date picker at the top you can select the date range required.

If you'd like to load your companies financial periods please contact our support team.

As expected within a reporting table, you can filter and sort columns to change your view.

All of the important data is in one place, empowering you with the actionable insights needed to create exceptional dining experiences, streamline operations, and thrive in a competitive market.

This feature aims to simplify data management and generate reports that are relevant to each brand and its specific setup and goals, allowing brands to have saved reports for key metrics they want to measure, with filters & league tables to quickly identify any areas for focus or highlight teams doing exceptionally well.

Custom Reports

If there are a specific list of metrics you'd like to view, we can configure a custom 'Locations' report just for your brand.

We have a library of metrics already created that we can drag and drop in to the order you require, and give your report a custom name (ie. Regional League Table)

Once you have more than one 'Locations' report, a drop down will appear to allow you to navigate between the different reports.

'Locations' reports created are visible to every user that has 'Locations' access. However they will only be able to see the location and/or groups their user has permissions to view

Exporting the data
