Welcome to our support guide on using the Overview Reports Tab. This article is designed to help you use the Reports functionality. You will learn how to navigate and utilise the reports effectively.

Accessing the Reports Tab

Log In to Your Account:

Navigate to the Reports Tab on the dashboard.

Viewing Available Reports:

After accessing the Reports Tab, you will see the available reports for your account.

These are pre-configured standard reports and cannot be edited, but you can contact our team to request custom reports & insights into your data.

You can change your date ranges, Locations & group views and filter by service style.

Standard available reports:

  • Executive Summary

  • Multiple choice answer

Executive Summary:

This report provides a high-level overview of key metrics alongside the ability to trend data over time.

It includes visualisations such as charts and graphs that summarise your data.

Use this report to quickly understand overall trends and performance at a glance.

Multiple-choice Answers Report:

This report provides a bar chart for the answers guests have submitted for your multiple-choice and multiple select questions multiple-select

Exporting Reports:

To export a report, look for the export options within the report interface. (Three dots in the top right)

You can choose to export as PDF (excluding tables) or CSV, where each widget will be a separate CSV attachment


Setting Notifications:

You can set notifications to receive these reports via email.

Within the Users and Notifications settings, configure the frequency of report delivery and the desired timeframes.

Tips for Effective Use

  • Review Regularly: Make it a habit to review these reports regularly to stay updated on key metrics and trends.

  • Use Visuals: Pay attention to the visualisations as they are designed to help you quickly grasp data.

  • Stay Consistent: Consistently use these reports to track progress and make informed decisions based on the data presented.
