With any type of feedback the focus is often on fixing issues and consistency. It can be surprising when you first see the detail of the feedback, but remember that these things were happening before without visibility. Now you have visibility, and now you can do something positive about it.

It's important fix the issues, and also take the positives, and share that with your colleagues and teams.

Approximately 70-80% of your customers will leave your venue after having a great experience

Approximately 88% of those happy customers, will also leave compliments for the team.

If your survey is POS connected and your POS provider sends BBI server IDs/ Names, each compliment will be linked to a specific shift of team member
