If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, please follow the steps below.
Go to the Survey Studio Dashboard and at the login screen click on "Login with username and password"
Click on "Reset password?"
Your username is your email address.
Remember to check your junk/spam for the automated password reset email.
Ensure that you are using a supported web browser such as Google Chrome. Internet Explorer does not support Survey Studio and will not work.
