GuestXM Release Notes

October 14, 2024

We are excited to announce the latest release to the GuestXM platform! To ensure you and your team stay informed, you can now access release notes in the Help Center. This documentation will keep you up to date on any potential impact to your GuestXM experience.

Not seeing these changes? You might need to clear your cache. With GuestXM loaded press Control + Shift + R (CMD on Mac).

Issue Analyzer

In GuestXM, when an integration issue arises, we currently display a modal called the “Issue Analyzer.” This modal appears for executive users—admins, owners, and social media managers—upon logging in or refreshing the page. We are transitioning this function to a dedicated page within the application.

This change will enable you to access the Issue Analyzer at any time in a full-page view, enhancing navigation and usability.

Finally, to better troubleshoot issues we’ve introduced a new data point: “Last Synced Attempt.” This will provide clearer insights into how long a connection has been experiencing issues.

Page-Level Filtering

The GuestXM team is working on an upcoming enhancement to the Insights dashboards: Page-Level Filtering. This feature will allow you to refine your dashboards by channel or message type, enabling more meaningful analysis and focused responses to the digital feedback you receive. With this enhancement, you can quickly identify and address the issues that most impact your business.

This update is particularly beneficial for analyses that require excluding or emphasizing specific channels or message types. While similar filtering options are available for downloadable reports, this improvement makes it even easier to navigate and gain insights from your dashboards.

If you are interested in being among the first to utilize page-level filters email [email protected]. After enabled, simply navigate to your insights page on GuestXM. Between the date selector and download button, you’ll find a new filter icon on both the reputation page and sentiment page.
