Guest Comments Report - Enhancements
The Guest Comments report offers a comprehensive summary of reviews collected from selected channels within a specified timeframe.
In this release, the Black Box team has enhanced the Guest Comments report with the following new features:
Ad-Hoc Reporting: Users can now run the report on demand, without the need to set up an email digest.
Customizable Filters: Configure the report to display or hide comments based on Star Rating, Sentiment Type, and whether the review includes text.
Archiving Feedback - Enhancements
Earlier this month, we introduced the ability to archive reviews, removing them from the inbox and all GuestXM reporting.
We’re now enhancing the archive function with the following updates:
Archive Survey: The archive feature is now available for Surveys, allowing users to archive survey responses in addition to reviews.
Bulk Archive: Users can now select multiple items in the inbox by clicking the ellipsis and choosing the bulk archive option. This allows for mass selection of items, which can then be archived with a single action.
3. Archive Flow Outcome: The archive function is now integrated into the flows module, enabling users to set up rules that automatically archive feedback items based on predefined criteria.
Surveys Overview Page - Survey Statistics
Previously at the top of the surveys page, were some statistics on survey engagement.
These statistics have been removed and each of the surveys have had their individual statistics enhanced showing the engagement within the last 15 days.
The statistics that have been removed from the overview page can still be accessed via Insights > Survey > Traffic Analysis.
