The custom link was sent, but it's not showing up in the inbox

There are a few possible reasons for this:

  • There is a security setting or firewall preventing delivery (Please check with your IT department)

  • The email hit your spam or junk folder

  • The receiving email has opted out of all SurveyMonkey communications - you can opt in again by following this link

  • You may always provide another email (business or non-business) that we can send to!

What email address does the TRS survey custom link come from?

Can the custom link be distributed so multiple users can work on it at the same time?

Though it can, the survey will prevent users from progressing if there are any unanswered questions. We suggest downloading the questions pdf ahead of time and have each user work on answers while other users are filling out their portion.

The link will retain answers each time a user clicks the "Next Page" button.

Note: Sharing the custom link will allow anyone to access the entire survey and answers within.

How do I submit the excel spreadsheet?

Please reach out to [email protected]. Each user will need to submit to their SFTP, but credentials will vary by user.

Once you have your credentials you may go to the file submission site here.

*Once submitted, you will need to let [email protected] know so we can get your file to where it needs to go!


I have multiple brands - do I need to submit 1 or 2 surveys?

The survey looks at corporate level data. If you have one team that supports both brands, you only need to submit one survey. If the numbers for the two brands differ, you will need to fill out a survey for each brand.


What timeframe should I be using for the survey questions?

Unless there is a time frame specified in the question itself, all answers should apply at the time you are completing the survey.


Are all questions/fields required?

Yes! Every question is required. Some questions do advise on what you can place in there if it's not applicable.

*If you do run into a portion you are unable to answer, please let [email protected] know so we can adjust accordingly for next year's survey and also so we may adjust the calculations on this year's survey.


When will the TRS survey results be available?

TRS results will be released late July and shared with participating brands.
