One of the many benefits of using Surveys is that you can build your own.

Have you tried adding conditional logic to your surveys?

What is Conditional Logic? The logic allows you to direct your customer to a survey question, based on their last response.

You can add conditional logic to both new and existing surveys.

Benefits

  • Increases the flexibility in survey creation by setting up different sequences of questions.

  • Personalize the survey with different follow-up questions based on a previous response to increase survey engagement.

  • Reduce the number of questions that customer needs to respond to

  • There is the opportunity to learn more about what the customer thinks by asking them follow-up questions.

How to add the logic You will find the logic button as highlighted below, next to the branding button.

A great example of where to use the conditional logic is on an NPS based question.

Click on the Logic button this will then expand the Logic rules.

We have set up some rules below based on the NPS question with scoring 0-10

Rule 1 - Response is Lower or equal to 7 > go to page Detractors

Rule 2 - Response is Greater than 7 > go to page Promoters

Always check the default section as this is where the customer will be sent if they don't fit into the Logic rules set out.

If you have logic added to a page you will see this Logic sign on the page.

When using the Conditional Logic you may see that the survey won't save until you fix the To-do(s) - Once you follow the instructions, the To-do(s) will disappear. You will see a ! on the page where the To-Do is.

All customers will be directed to fill out the last two pages of the survey.
