A new deep-dive report is available for download featuring data for all Feedback items for a specific period.
This report type is similar to the deep-dive reports for other integrations. The report shows the Cumulative, Average, and Review count per location. The report includes as separate tab for each location that shows a score breakdown for each day/month.
To download the report, go to the Insights then click the Download Report button on the header. Select Ratings Deep-Dive Report (Excel) from the list, select a period, then click Select Channel button.
Select the channel and locations you want to include in the report, then click the Download button.
