At this moment, Reply with AI is available for all integrations that have reviews, except for Formitable, which is not supported.
Can I set a prompt to generate a reply?
Not at this moment.
If another user generates a response, can I see and use it too?
Yes, if a response is generated, other users on your team who can reply to the same review can also see and use that response. This saves time since your team does not need to generate a new reply for the same review.
